  Picked up our vehicle from our home in October 2016 went and picked up our untouched vehicle today January 26, 2017. We were repeatedly told we would be the next car in the shop. The only thing I will say positive is we got the money back we were asked for to buy parts. Not sure why we were asked for part money when the transmission had never been looked at considering I had someone drive by the shop each day and our car had never been moved. Sitting under a tree and was completely filthy. Today with a police escort we were able to get our car and take it to a different shop.
