  My family had a very positive experience with The Fire Place Store and More, despite a manufacturer's problem that took several months to resolve. We had ordered a vented gas log set. Unfortunately there was a gas leak in the product. Personnel from the store worked tirelessly with the supplier, installing three different log sets, each of which had the same defective component. Finally, the owner solved the issue by installing a more expensive ventless log from a different manufacturer at no additional cost to us. Throughout the process, the entire staff was unfailingly responsive, courteous, helpful, and focused on satisfying our expectations. We recommend The Fire Place Store without reservation.
